Nyckeltalet presenterar produktion av fordonsgas vid avloppsreningsverket Himmerfjärdsverket (SYVAB) i södra Botkyrka. SYVAB producerar också annan gas som inte uppgraderas till fordonsgas, men som används inom verksamheten.
Råmaterialet är slam från reningen av kommunalt avloppsvattnen. Men även annat organiskt avfall från regionen används, till exempel från livsmedelsindustrin. Fordonsgasen levereras till olika biogaspumpar i länet, bland annat två stationer i Botkyrka.
